- ALGERIA :    Negotiations are still going on. (Canada is helping financially)
- CYPRUS  :    No progress.
- EGYPT   :    The Egyptian part of the line is already constructed. Availability by end of March.
- MOROCCO:     Negotiations in order to connect to ESA -Frascati are still going on. No decision has been made so far.
- TUNISIA :    No progress.
- YUGOSLAVIA : Connection is impending.
- INDIA :      No information.
