GROATS was a computer animation system developed by Bob Hopgood for Algol users on the Atlas Computer. It was used to produce the Nuffield A Level Physics Change and Chance animations. This film was shown at the UAIDE Conference in 1969 to demonstrate the features of the language. The Change and Chance films were also shown at UAIDE 1969.
