Tony Pritchett produced the Fexipede amimation in 1967 using the BL-120 microfilm recorder at Culham Laboratory. The deck of Fortran cards still exist and a rendering of this in SVG was generated by David Duce and Bob Hopgood. A full paper of the discovery is available on the Cliton site.
