SERC Instruction SERC 1-83 issued on 4 January 1983 provided guidance to Operating Divisions in their administration of research grant applications involving single user computer systems. The attached papers may be of use to committee secretariats as background information. These papers consist of:
ICL PERQ (the standard machine has 1 Mbyte of memory and 4K of Writable Control Store; the graphics display, keyboard, tablet and 4 button cursor, 24 Mbyte fixed disc, 1 Mbyte floppy disc, GPIB (IEEE 488) and RS232C interfaces).
