This is an excerpt from Judah Schwartz's film on Moving Charges made at the Educational Research Centre at MIT and distributed by Harper & Row.

It shows a charge moving backwards and forwards at a speed approaching the speed of light. The field around the charge away from the charge is unaware that the charge has changed direction.

These have an artistic beauty independent of the content of the film.
