Many papers were generated in 1975/76 during the definition of the FR80 Service at Atlas and the change over from the SD4020. A few of these are still of interest in terms of giving a view of how the two systems differed; many are of limited interest as they were aimed at the user population at the time. We have selected a subset here to give some idea what was entailed in bringing in the FR80 to replace the SD4020.
