The fascinating Strowger Appreciation web site at http://www.aeolian-hall.myzen.co.uk/ was maintained by Martin Loach and contained, amongst other things, draft chapters of a book about his father, Bernard, who worked at Harwell and RHEL from the late 1950s. Sadly, the web site is no longer accessible but some relevant chapters have been preserved. Their author is unknown.
