Applications Software -- Overview

The Atlas Applications Software Group was formed in January 1972 under Barbara Stokoe. It was responsible for software concerned with particular problems and fields of science. Thus, for example, on the production or acquisition of programs. This Group, as a special task, produced the data-processing programs for the SRC's space-research projects.

Crystallographic Film Scanning Service
Finite Elements
Space Science
Statistics
