Technical Papers -- Overview

The developments to the FR80's software and the definitions relating to the FR80 service were captured in a series of Technical Reports that appeared regularly after the delivery of the machine. The aim was to ensure that all the members of the project were aware of the activities taking place. With three different computers generating output for the FR80 (ICL 1906A, IBM 360/195 and PRIME 400), and several different graphics packages on each, there was quite a bit of coordination necessary.
