PDP15 User Note No 3: Modification to XCHAIN

It has been found useful to alter the 'XUc' option in XCHAIN (PDP15 USER NOTE 2) to .SEEK an auxiliary library, .LIBRc, on the device associated with .DAT slot -13 rather than slot -5. This change enables loading from an auxiliary user library to occur with .DAT slot -5 unassigned (no .LIBR5). Slot -13 is normally assigned to the user disc area.

The current .DAT slot usage by XCHAIN is given in the attached table.
