First Floor Plan Phase 1
The building is handed over. Phase 1 is complete. The top 5 Offices in the Office Block house Dr Howlett, his Secretary, Synolda Butler, Bob Churchouse, Anita , Bob and Jim's Secretary, Jim Hailstone.
Downstairs the first Office is shared by Bob Hopgood and Alex Bell, next contains Suzette Harold.

The lower floor on the back side of the Office Block (see next photo) was a set of cells, small Offices about 6 feet wide allocated to visitors on a weekly basis. Each large window is shared by two offices. During the life of the building, some of the partitions were removed to turn them into larger offices but some remained as cells for the life of the building.
